After some discussion between management and with the upcoming holiday season support hours are being limited. There will always be someone checking tickets 24 hours a day seven days a week but for live service via phone, chat or voice services our hours are changing to 12 PM to 10 PM everyday. Management and financial issues will be handled from 2 PM to 8 PM everyday. As a reminder we are closed for management and general support on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Moderators occasionally check services on these days and technical support is still offered over ticket.
